Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G users are facing some issues in the phone

Users of the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G phone and some premium versions from Samsung face a problem that causes the icon indicating the battery life disappears from the screen.

A recent report via the SamMobile website confirmed that there are some problems in the high-end models Samsung versions of smartphones launched in 2019 and in 2020, due to the disappearance of the battery icon from the screen.

This problem has been particularly detected among Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S20 users, as well as users of Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 20 phones.

The report also indicates that these versions face two major problems, which is the disappearance of the battery icon, while the other problem appears when the charge level reaches from 1 to 5%, as a very fast depletion of the battery charge was detected at this level.

And one of the users confirmed on Reddit, that the battery icon disappears quickly when the charge level reaches 15%, as this problem was detected in the s20 Ultra phone, and the charging can quickly turn to 6%, and then the phone turn off.

On the other hand, one of the users of the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G indicated that the best solution is to avoid this problem by avoiding the low level of charge.

It is reported that Samsung offers the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G with a 25W charger with fast charging technology, and supports 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0.
