Apple is about to launch WATCH SE but without ECG support

The upcoming Apple event will take place on September 15th to announce the new versions of the company's devices, which include the Apple Watch 6 smartwatch and also the WATCH SE, which comes at a lower cost with the absence of some features.

The latest leaks confirmed that the upcoming Apple watch, which will be launched with the title WATCH SE, comes with an old design, and also launches without the ECG feature.

Apple's low-cost version of the WATCH SE was revealed for the first time in a report published by Bloomberg about two weeks ago, and today the latest leaks that came via Jon Prosser reveal some details of the specifications of this version.

According to the leaks, the Apple Watch SE will be launched in two models, the size of 40 and 44 mm, with a model that supports GPS connectivity and the other model supports LTE networks.

The leaks indicate that Apple will reduce the cost of this version by reducing some of the high-cost configurations, which includes the design, as Apple adopts the design of old versions of Apple watches to reduce the cost, and it is expected that the Apple Watch SE will come with the same design as the Watch 4.

The Always On features disappear from the Apple Watch SE screen, along with the ECG feature, and the smart watch also includes the M9 chip, so we expect more details in the upcoming official announcement within days.
