Vivo officially unveils the 2 phones iQOO 5 and iQOO 5 Pro with the SD865 processor and super-fast charging technologies

 


Vivo's iQOO sub-brand officially unveiled today its latest flagship smartphone, and here it is about both iQOO 5 and iQOO 5 Pro.  Basically, the two phones are similar except that the iQOO 5 Pro supports 120W fast charging and features a close-up camera based on the principle of the binoculars at the back.  Regardless, the new iQOO 5 Pro also comes in a special version called iQOO 5 Pro BMW M Motorsport Edition, which features a carbon fiber or white pattern with red and blue additions to symbolize the BMW logo.


 The new iQOO phones include 6.56-inch AMOLED screens with FullHD+, with rate of 120Hz and support HDR10, as well as a brightness of up to 1300 lumens and a fingerprint sensor underneath, and also includes a Snapdragon 865 processor, 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 random memory, and internal memory  128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1, as well as two amplifiers to create a stereo effect.


 With regard to cameras, the regular iQOO 5 includes a basic 50-megapixel camera with anti-vibration technology similar to the technology used in camera holders (Gimbal), as well as a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 13-megapixel camera to capture blurry background images as well.  In the case of the iQOO 5 Pro, it maintains the same primary camera and the wide-angle camera of the iQOO 5 phone, but replaces the third camera with a telephoto camera based on the principle of the telescope, which has an 8-megapixel resolution and provides an optical approx of 5 x and approx hybrid up to x 60.  With regard to the front camera, it has 16 megapixels in both phones.

As for batteries, the iQOO 5 Pro includes a 4000mAh battery that supports 120W fast wired charging, allowing the battery to be fully charged within just 15 minutes or 50 percent of it within five minutes, while the iQOO 5 includes a 4500mAh battery that supports charging  fast 55W takes 50 minutes to fully charge.  Regardless of the batteries, these two phones also come preinstalled with Android 10 and with iQOO UI 1.5 interface.


 Generally, the iQOO 5 phone will be available in blue and gray and will be priced from 576 USD for the 8GB / 128GB version, and the equivalent of 620 USD for the 12GB / 128GB version, and the equivalent to 662 USD for the 12GB / 256GB version.  As for the iQOO 5 Pro phone, it will cost the equivalent of $ 720 for a copy of 8GB / 256GB, and the equivalent of $ 792 for a copy of 12GB / 256GB.

Both phones will be available for purchase in China, starting on August 24.
