Users of Note 20 Ultra Complain of Display With Odd Green Tint

Here we go again, a new group of Samsung devices have been exposed to the problem of the appearance of the green tint that we saw previously in the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7, and Galaxy Tab S7 + are also suffering from the same problem.

This green tint appears when the screen brightness has decreased to a certain level. Interestingly, this defect is not limited to AMOLED screens, as the Galaxy Tab S7 uses an LCD screen instead of OLED. However, all of these three devices use the Snapdragon 865+ processor. This may be related to the screen refresh rate as one user explained that the tint is only visible when the high refresh rate 120Hz is used in all three of these devices.

The good news is that this issue is in software so it can be fixed with a future update. The bad news is that the green color issue continues to arise despite the fact that Samsung is definitely not the only company whose devices have suffered from this problem.
