Security vulnerability has been discovered in Apple Secure Enclave. And sensitive informations of users are at risk

One of the regular security features that come with Apple devices is the Secure Enclave chip.  Basically, all sensitive information is stored and encrypted on this chip, such as passwords, credit card information and biometric information such as your fingerprints.

The idea is that with Secure Enclave, even hackers who have unlocked your iPhone will not be able to access this sensitive information.  Unfortunately, it appears that researchers have discovered a security problem that has not yet been fixed that could potentially allow them access to Secure Enclave components.

The bad news is that this appears to affect a large number of Apple products dating back to the iPhone 5S, as well as Apple Mac computers that use the Apple T1 and Apple T2 chips, as well as devices such as Apple Watch, Apple TV and Apple HomePod.  The good news is that Apple has since fixed this bug in the Apple A12 and Apple A13 processors, which means that the new devices will not be affected.

Also, the other good news is that this kind of hacks forces the hacker to have physical access to your device, which means that remotely hacking with this vulnerability is not possible, so most of the time, you will be safe.
