The real reason why you should not buy an iPhone 6S with 16 GB memory
Last week, Apple unveiled the new version of the operating system Apple Watch an iPad over 12-inch Pro, the new Apple TV and the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus.
Since it is not a question of "iPhone 7", the two new smartphones from Apple are advantage upgrades models last year, rather than something really new.
However, the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus still have some good news, such as the ability (finally) to shoot videos in 4K and the camera is now 12 megapixels, against 8 megapixels for iPhone the previous year.
The trouble is that with 16 GB of non-expandable memory, the user may easily run out of storage if he will take full advantage of new opportunities offered by the new picture / video sensor.
Indeed, as noted by Apple, one minute of video in 4K should occupy approximately 375 MB of storage space. So to fill the 16 GB, it would be enough to film 40 minutes of shoot in 4K.
But as you probably already know, much of the available memory on the phone is already occupied by applications, operating system, other files and possibly different caches. So in essence, a 6S iPhone can shoot in 4K, but you can not even shoot for 40 minutes with only 16 GB of memory.
