Google Chrome app for mobile devices break the barrier of one billion monthly active users

Google has revealed that the Google Chrome app for mobile devices has now more than 1 billion monthly active users. After this achievement, Google Chrome application has been able to join the other Google applications, including Google Play Store, Google Maps and Google Search and Youtube in the club of billion users.

This achievement comes just five months after the arrival of Google Chrome app for Android and iOS platforms to 800 million users. Google did not reveal the total number of users on each platform, although it would be reasonable to assume that the Android platform is leading the race.
