New lawsuit against Apple because of the 3D Touch Technology

One of the new features that Apple included in the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus is a technology of pressure sensor 3D Touch, a technology that allows the screen to identify the amount of pressure applied by the user's finger on the screen to provide functions and different options based on the volume-pressure. But there seems to be a company called Immersion believes that 3D Touch technology violates a patent of its invention.

This company filed a new lawsuit against Apple, claiming that the patent been infringed called "shared feedback". According to the patent, it describe how the software can be used to show a preview of the information through light pressure, doing the action through strong pressure, which is not 3D Touch Technology 100%, but it looks similar.

Immersion company also claims that Apple violated another patent called tactile sensations, which is a patent that provides specific reactions in response to certain actions. For example, if you have used 3D Touch technology, you'll know that a strong pressure will cause the phone vibrate, just like the simulator clicks on the Trackpad in modern MacBook.

There were no reports about when Immersion company began to sue Apple, and how much is the compensation that is this company are looking for from Apple, but do not doubt that this will be troublesome for Apple in case if Immersion won this lawsuit.
