In 2015, this company has also detects the first hard disk SSD in the world with a capacity of six terabytes, so it seems that Fixstars company managed to break the the previous record. These new hard disk offer read speeds of up to 540 MB per second and write speed of up to 520 Mbps.
These new hard disks of Fixstars company has a built-in system to control the temperature to make sure no heat damage to the hard disk. Of course, these discs will not be cheap at all, as a copy of 13 terabytes costing 13 thousand US dollars and it is expected that it will be shipping at the end of next February.
