Galaxy Note 4 was able to top the charts for customer satisfaction in the United States, leaving behind all of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus, according to the latest survey conducted by the agency American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Galaxy Note 4, which was released in October of last year scored a total of 86 points out of 100 points, while the solution to all of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in second place with 82 points each, and solving all of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S5 also in second place with 82 points as well. It is worth mentioning that the new Galaxy phones S6 were not commercially available at a time when this survey was conducted, so all of Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge did not included in this study.
With regard to the manufacturers of smart phones, it has all of Samsung and Apple came in first place with 80 points each. Motorola and BlackBerry and HTC was among the top five with 79, 78 and 77 points respectively.
