Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 recieve the OneUI 2.5 update

 

Last June, Samsung began launching the OneUI 2.1 for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 phones, and this is what came after the availability of Android 10 to these phones after a long wait, and then we thought that these are the last updates that the 2018 flagships will receive, but it seems that the matter is not as well.

Today, the list of phones that will get the new OneUI 2.5 update was released, and surprisingly, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 appeared on this list! which is next:

• Galaxy S20 (already started receiving)

• Galaxy S10 lineup

• Galaxy S10 Lite

• Note 10 series including Note 10 Lite

• Galaxy Fold and Z Flip

• Galaxy S9 and Note 9

This is undoubtedly great news for the owners of these phones, but on the other hand, the OneUI 2.5 update in general will not bring many features, and it is centered around the professional video shooting mode, the operation of DeX completely wirelessly, updates to the Single Take system to take pictures as well as new features for notebook phones - Including the Note 9- and a huge update to the Samsung Notes app.
